Software Architect
Job Description:
- Design\Architect and Develop high responsive desktop-based trading application of different financial assets for traders and bank operations teams mainly using Microsoft .Net Technologies, WPF, C#, VC++, SQL Server etc.
- Development of reusable different UI components for optimal performance of the application.
- Implementing multi-threading for highly responsive trading application.
- Integration of different market data providers in trading system that includes Bloomberg, ACTIV Financials, Exegy.
- Developing and implementing Algorithms using C# language.
- Solid understanding of both Web Technologies and Desktop applications.
- Good Architecture skills and well aware of best design practices and software architectures.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis Mechanisms. Identify the issue and define optimistic solution.
- Critical Technical Production Issues Resolution: Root Cause Analysis, Strong Debugging Techniques, Collaboration with various technical teams, Strong Understanding of business flows.
- Project Governance: Code Reviews, Code Quality Analytics, Documentation, Unit Test Coverage Inspections, Software Factory Management, Code Check-ins, Change Management & Deployments.
- Log analysis techniques and problem investigation skills.
- Capable of providing alternate solutions to avoid business process interruptions without compromising compliance.
- Requirement engineering to customer trading, allocation and clearing requirements.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Providing technical solutions for business problems.
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions.

Project Manager
Job Description:
- Project Management – Oversee complete project lifecycles including resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and progress reporting. Deliver projects aligned with scope, timeline, and quality objectives while coordinating across multiple teams.
- FIX Implementation – Implement FIX protocol standards (4.0–5.0) for electronic trading systems. Build and modify workflows using FIX/XML tags to meet clients; order routing needs. Lead implementation teams and manage FIX engine upgrades to ensure real-time compliance and efficient trading operations.
- New Client Onboarding – Manage onboarding of clients for CARE, Program Trading, ALGO and DMA order flows. Interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to customize trading solutions and migrate existing platforms to advanced environments within tight deadlines.
- FIX UAT Testing – Quality assurance testing for FIX connectivity, performing UAT, Regression, Functional, and Integration Testing. Ensure systems meet performance benchmarks and execute test plans to validate order flows before production releases.
Bachelor’s Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Management.
